This policy describes how VIRTUAL WORLD LLC processes information for Droll. Contact us at support@fiava.ai.
Information Droll uses
- Account information: your Apple sign-in identifier, an internal Droll account ID, session information, and the name or email address Apple shares with your permission.
- Profile and creative content: your editable handle, display name, avatar, character records, prompts, selected photos, source videos and audio, and generated images or videos.
- Purchase information: subscription products, purchase and entitlement status, renewal and expiry information, Juice balance and transactions, and generation charges or returns.
- Operational information: request and job identifiers, timestamps, technical errors and security-related network information needed to run and protect the service. Hosting and purchase providers may process device or network information as described in their policies.
- Support information: information you choose to send when contacting us.
Droll does not receive your full payment-card details. Apple processes App Store payments.
Why it is used
We use this information to authenticate you, keep your profile and creations, deliver and recover generation jobs, check purchases, manage Juice, prevent duplicate charges and free-benefit abuse, respond to support requests, and protect the service.
Changing your handle, avatar or selected character does not change your billing identity. Your profile and media are private within Droll. There is no public profile directory, feed, following or discovery system. Content you export or share outside Droll is subject to the destination’s controls.
Who processes it
- Apple: account sign-in and App Store purchases.
- RevenueCat: an opaque account identifier, subscription and purchase data, and Juice balances and transactions. A public handle or email address is not used as the RevenueCat billing ID.
- Cloudflare and Neon: backend hosting, private media storage, database operations and recovery.
- Kie.ai and the model providers it uses: the prompt and media required for the generation you request. This may include a character image, selected source video and its audio. AI-generation permission is requested before that processing. Choosing an existing character template does not require an AI-generation request.
Providers may operate in countries other than yours. Droll’s current database hosting is in the United States. Their operational retention and processing rules may differ from Droll’s. See Kie’s Privacy Policy and RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for their published information.
Droll does not use an advertising SDK or request permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites in this release. This website does not include analytics scripts or advertising cookies.
Storage and deletion
Account content is kept so you can return to your private profile and creations. Account deletion revokes Droll sessions and starts durable removal of the profile, characters, prompts and media. Cleanup may require retries while providers or storage systems are unavailable. Provider-held copies and backup copies are subject to their separate retention schedules; removal from the active Droll account is not a promise of instantaneous erasure from every provider.
After deletion, we retain a minimal protected identity link, the opaque purchase-owner ID and whether the first free character was delivered, without a fixed expiry. These records preserve purchase ownership and prevent deleting and recreating an account from resetting the first-character benefit. They do not retain your public handle, display name, avatar, prompts or creations. RevenueCat and Apple purchase records remain separate from the deleted creative profile.
Deletion receipts are retained for 30 days so an interrupted request can be checked. Deleting the app or its account does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you create a new profile later, this does not recover erased characters or media.
Your choices
You can edit profile information, select or export your creations, decline future AI generation, manage Apple subscriptions, or request account deletion. You can contact us to ask for access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Available rights and applicable exceptions depend on your location. We may need to verify your identity before acting on an account request.
Where consent is required for AI processing, declining or withdrawing it prevents new AI requests; it does not undo a generation already submitted. Do not submit someone else’s media unless you have the necessary rights and permission.
